Day 1 Isn’t the Goal. The Whole Trip Is.
You’ve made time for the mountains. You want to enjoy the final day as much as the first. But travel, altitude, changing routines, and consecutive ski days can ask more of you than expected.
By Day 2 or Day 3, you may feel less energetic, less comfortable, or less ready for the terrain you came to ski.
Know what to prioritize before departure—and what to adjust along the way.

What Skiers Are Saying
A plan built around the actual trip
“I had the flights, lodging, and lift tickets handled. What I hadn’t connected was how a late arrival, altitude, and an ambitious first day fit together. Ryan helped me turn the itinerary into a practical preparation plan. I left knowing what to prioritize before departure and during the trip.”
TravisAge 52
A fresh perspective for an experienced skier
“I’ve skied for decades. I didn’t need another reminder to get in shape. The useful insight was looking at the hours between ski days—when I ate, how I recovered, and what I carried into the next morning. Ryan gave me a clear way to review the day and decide what to adjust.”
SherwinAge 56
Useful guidance without overcomplicating vacation
“I didn’t want a ski vacation governed by schedules and rules. Ryan helped me identify a few priorities that could work around restaurant meals, changing plans, and different energy levels. The plan was clear enough to follow and flexible enough to use.”
CarmenAge 48
Preparation centered on her own goals
“I wanted to enjoy the whole trip without letting the strongest skier in the group set every decision. Ryan helped me think through my own priorities and pacing. I came away with a clearer basis for deciding when to keep going, take a break, or adjust the next day.”

Put it into practice.
Use the plan before departure and throughout the trip.
